Wellpath is hiring a Registered Nurse in Nevada to provide direct patient care in a clinical setting. You will work under Charge Nurse supervision, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. CPR certification and an active RN license are required.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current RN license in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostics, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliant clinical care.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend staff meetings/training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians and supervisors as needed.
