INTEGRIS Health Edmond in Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Day shift Staff Registered Nurse to join our hospital team. The RN will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team.

Competenze

RN current license in the State of Oklahoma or multi-state license via eNLC
BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Mansioni

Management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process
May float to other units as needed
May participate in on-call status
Population-specific competencies required
Assessment and reassessment of patients
Development of the plan of care
Implementation of appropriate care interventions
Evaluation of care interventions
Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel
Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students
Reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president
May have additional physical demand and respiratory fit test requirements
Potential exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, chemicals, and equipment
