Competenze

Must meet certification and licensure requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
3–5 years Critical Care or 2 years Critical Care AND 2 years Emergency Department.
5 years Critical Care or 5 years Emergency Department (preferred).
Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized Advanced Cardiac Life Support; American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider; PALS within 6 months of hire.

Primarily responsible for delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients.
Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary personnel.
Coordinate plan of care with patient, family and interdisciplinary team.
Respond to code and rapid response activations; lead or function as scribe as needed.
Demonstrate expertise in peripheral IV placement and ultrasound-guided IVs.
