Responsibilities

• Delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients within an assigned unit and day-to-day management and supervision of related clinical activities.
• Coordinate plan of care with the client, their family and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary personnel, using professional and supervisory discretion.
• Observe and direct patient lifts and mobilization; participate in patient handling as needed.
