Palomar Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12‑hour night shift in our 6W Medical Acute unit. You will deliver coordinated nursing care, supervise staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year of RN experience in area of specialty.
• Licensure: Current CA RN License; BLS/ACLS per policy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients.
• Coordinate plan of care with client, family and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary staff.
• Adhere to California Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Observe and direct patient lifts and mobilization; assist with handling.
• Perform essential functions with proficient computer and office skills.
