Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; RN with Associate or Diploma in nursing must enroll in BSN within two years.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse.
• Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age-appropriate care.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and professional behavior in a healing environment.
