Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Mississippi to coordinate and deliver patient care as part of the care team. You will participate in patient teaching, discharge planning, and collaboration with ancillary departments to maintain hospital standards.

One year of RN experience, MS license, and CPR/BLS certification are required. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety, privacy, and continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• RN must have 1 year of experience.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Mississippi State license as RN and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides the best possible nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing the nursing functions of patients on the unit.
• Initiates and implements patient care plan.
• Maintains acceptable standards of patient care.
• Administers medications and intravenous solutions skillfully and correctly.
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient information and records.
• Cooperates with nursing staff, medical staff, other departments and visitors.
• Participates in hospital safety programs and quality improvement activities.
