• Initiates and implements patient care plans
• Administers medications and IV therapies as ordered by physicians
• Maintains accurate and complete documentation of care and patient status
• Participates in unit performance improvement initiatives
• Complies with infection-control policies and hospital procedures
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality
• Assists in planning changes and improvements for patient care services
