Qualifications

• RN license/certification required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonatal resuscitation certification or equivalent degree required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe nursing care to patients using the nursing process and clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to hospital policies and Texas Board of Nursing rules.
