A healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN II) for Labor and Delivery shifts in San Antonio, TX. The RN will advocate for patients and their families, deliver safe nursing care, and collaborate with the patient care team to ensure quality outcomes. Candidates must hold an RN license for Texas, BLS, and ACLS certifications, alongside a minimum of two years of clinical experience overall and one and a half years in Labor and Delivery in an acute care setting. Formación

• Graduated from an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
• RN License to practice as a professional registered nurse in Texas or Compact License.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a licensed RN.
• Minimum of 1.5 years clinical experience in the Labor and Delivery unit.

• Formulate individualized plans of care based on patient assessments.
