Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One (1) year of work related experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Licensed RN in the State of Texas; valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical histories, performs physical assessments and investigations.
• Administers treatment and/or immunization and collects laboratory specimens.
• Provides comprehensive educational counseling to patients and other professionals.
• Functions as a preceptor for patients and other agencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
