Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One year of work related experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Texas RN license and driver\'s license required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical histories, performs physical assessments and investigations.
• Administers appropriate treatment and/or immunization and obtains laboratory specimens.
• conducts comprehensive educational counseling to patients and other professionals.
• Functions as a preceptor for patients and other agencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
