Job summary

Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a Registered Nurse II to oversee nursing care in group homes across Danvers, Beverly, and Topsfield. The RN II will develop and implement care plans, supervise LPNs, and ensure MAP compliance while coordinating with PCP and DDS policies.

The role requires active MA RN licensure, 1+ year of RN experience, and occasional travel between sites; evening shift with 40 hours weekly is typical. Training and system use with HCSIS/Meditech are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Current and valid registration as a professional nurse in Massachusetts.
• One year of full-time, or equivalent part-time, RN experience in a hospital, clinic or medical facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care by assessing and recording health information.
• Administer/supervise treatments and monitor MAP-compliant services.
• Supervise LPN staff and provide staff trainings.
• Develop and implement health care plans per PCP orders and DDS/NRS policies.
• Communicate medical information with the medical team and families.
• May be required to drive between group home sites and be on-call on a rotation basis.
