St. Peter's Health Partners in Albany, NY seeks an RN II for the Day Shift at 4 Palisades Dr.

This full-time role uses the nursing process to diagnose and treat patient needs and participates in a collaborative care team to achieve positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a NYS RN license, BLS, and at least 6 months of RN experience, with the ability to lift 20 lbs.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred; new grads accepted).
• Current unencumbered NYS RN license.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Take vital signs and document in EMR.
• Review and update medication list for provider review.
• Complete referrals and coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients regarding medications and procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe care environment.
• Communicate effectively via EMR and with care team.
