Qualifications

• Current state of Illinois Registered Nursing License.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN).
• Within 1 year from date of hire, enrolled in a BSN program.
• ADN RNs hired after 10/22/2020 must show continued enrollment towards a BSN with a 3-year completion plan.
• Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 3 months of hire for ICU, Telemetry, Med/Surg, Endoscopy, PACU, IR and ED.
• PALS within 3 months of hire.

• Uses medical devices safely and administers medications accurately.
• Leads and educates staff and students on the unit.
