• Within 1 year from date of hire, employee must be enrolled in a BSN program.
• ADN RNs hired after 10/22/2020 must show continued enrolment toward BSN with contract signature.
• Need Illinois RN license, CPR. ACLS/PALS within 3 months for specified units.
