Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ADN or BSN required/preferred.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the Quality Caring Model.
• Lead and support the Med/Surg team as a Charge nurse.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort, coordinate care with the team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals.
• Document and communicate effectively with the care team.
