Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Acute Care/Float Pool at Spring Harbor Hospital. The role requires the ability to float to inpatient units, from adults to children, with strong leadership in a learning environment.

The RN II demonstrates competency, supports the clinical team, and progresses within the RN ladder with ongoing development and good standing in RN requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current applicable state RN license required; BLS required or must obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of outcomes.
• Collaborate and communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
• Update and follow the clinical service standards and policies.
