Job summary

AdventHealth Palm Coast seeks a registered nurse to join our acute care team. You will deliver patient-centered care, administer medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting is required.
• RN license is required; BLS CPR are required; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and assesses patient level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data.
• Implements plan of care and administers medications as prescribed.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff to promote a safe environment.
• Ensures handoff and documentation are complete and accurate.
