Qualifications

Department/Unit Summary

Join our 18-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2/3 nurse to patient ratio. Patients treated on this included vents, continuous BiPAP, vasopressor drips, DKA on insulin drips, ETOH on CIWA, and a mix of intermediate care. This role provides an opportunity to work in a newly opened, very spacious and bright unit. Staff physicians are approachable. Our unit strives for quality patient care, and you are encouraged to share your knowledge with others.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited program. Additional requirements include:

· BLS and ACLS required

· 1-2 years Med/Surg experience preferred
