Job summary

Endeavor Health's Evanston Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN to join the ICU on the night shift. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, with hours 7pm to 7:30am and weekend rotation, located in Evanston, IL.

You will apply the nursing process, maintain regulatory compliance, supervise unlicensed staff, and contribute to patient safety and high-quality experiences. Illinois RN license and BLS/CPR are required; BSN preferred; 1 year hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the ICU.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
