Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU Nights to deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate with medical teams to monitor patients, perform procedures, and document care accurately.

You will educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and lifestyle changes, advocate for patients, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while upholding safety and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• RN license with Diploma or ADN is required.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications within specified timeframes.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a Diploma or Associate Degree.
• Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within specified timeframes.
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and teamwork abilities.
