Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool for Critical Care. You will provide patient care across acute units under supervision of the Nurse Manager, focusing on acutely ill patients.

The role emphasizes adaptability, collaboration with healthcare teams, and maintaining high standards of care through diverse unit assignments such as ICU, ER, or PACU, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in applicable state or compact license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within specified timeframes.
• Minimum of 5 years of critical care experience (ICU/ER/PACU).
