Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or BSN (preferred).
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact license (TX licensure within 90 days).
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to provide personalized care.
• Act as advocate for patients, families and caregivers, ensuring positive outcomes.
• Provide leadership by coordinating nursing care and maintaining professional standards.
