Job summary

Enloe Medical Center, Inc. in Chico, CA seeks a Registered Nurse for Perianesthesia. This full-time/temporary, varied shift position requires current CA RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, and PALS within one year. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, with 18 months of critical care experience highly desirable.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans, ensure patient safety, and support ongoing staff development in a busy Perianesthesia unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 18 months current/recent critical care experience.
• Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent (within one year of hire).
• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• PALS recognition within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with the medical plan of care.
• Coordinate patient care with the health care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Support preceptors and participate in student training.
