About the Role:

As an ICU RN at PeaceHealth, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-care needs, ensuring accurate documentation and collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team. This full-time (0.9 FTE) night shift position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

• Competitive Pay: Our hourly wage for this position ranges from $56.92 to $86.09 (per the ). $7.75/hour night shift differential + additional pay for advanced degrees and certifications

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 36 months) continuous ICU RN experience.
• Credentials: Registered Nurse - Washington or MSL & BLS at hire, ACLS & NIHSS Certification (within 6 months of hire), CCRN Certification (Preferred)
• Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development, ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships, ability to support medical center philosophy and procedures, basic computer skills.
