Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for ICU in Georgia for a 14-week travel assignment. Shift is Day, 12 hours per shift, with a patient ratio of 1:2-3.

Description:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.Candidates should be comfortable with a patient ratio of 1:2-3.The unit handles a wide range of diagnoses including ARDS, sepsis, stroke, and post-operative complications.Staff will work in a fast‑paced environment with a daily average census of 19 patients in a unit with 24 rooms.Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend unless otherwise specified.Floating within the facility may be necessary according to the scope of practice.Candidates should prepare to work major holidays, should they fall within the assignment period.Compliance with onboarding requirements is essential for a timely start.All required documentation and certifications must be submitted prior to beginning work.This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with multiple interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
