Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an experienced ICU RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Colorado. The role is night shift with 12‑hour shifts and a general mixed ICU patient mix including medical, surgical, cardiac and neurosurgery cases.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in acute care ICU, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS with NIH Stroke Scale. This travel position offers a dynamic team environment and collegial culture.

Description:Travel opportunity for an RN in the ICU.The unit consists of a general mixed ICU.It accommodates a variety of patients including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery cases.Post-operative care for open-heart patients is provided.Experience with VV and VA ECMO, balloon pump, Impella, and CRRT is beneficial.The unit has 38 beds and functions as a Level II trauma center.There are 125 staff members, including charge nurses during both day and night shifts.Patient ratios are typically 2:1, with 1:1 for higher acuity cases.Required equipment includes Stryker beds, Avea ventilators, GE monitors, Baxter IV pumps, and Impella.Candidates must possess attention to detail and be effective team members.Policies and guidelines for the unit are provided to all staff.The location offers access to beautiful mountain scenery and outdoor activities year-round.The nursing team is known for their warmth and collaborative spirit.
