Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for ICU coverage on the night shift. The 13-week contract requires a Registered Nurse with at least two years in critical care, ACLS/BLS, and Texas licensure. Expect 36 hours per shift and orientation provided as part of a two-facility hospital setting.

Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical care skills, adaptability, and commitment to patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• ACLS & BLS certifications required.
• RN license to practice in Texas.
• Night shift availability.

Responsabilités

Description:Weekly orientation will be provided.The facility comprises two facilities, including behavioral health services.For more than 60 years, the local community has depended on the healthcare facilities and the comprehensive care provided.This includes the latest in diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services, both inpatient and outpatient.Approximately 500 employees and volunteers work closely with the medical staff, which includes more than 70 physicians across multiple specialties.There is a strong commitment to excellence in patient care that is reflected in various awards and accreditations.The facility is proud to have received positive ratings for safety and quality.They strive to deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care every day.The unit has a bed capacity of 10, with a patient ratio of 1:2.Equipment used includes Baxter pumps and Tele Access.The electronic health record system in use is MedHost.Common diagnoses include respiratory failure, DKA, COPD exacerbation, post heart catheterization, CHF, and post-operative care.The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and be self-motivated.Dress code includes black scrubs.Unacceptable attire is detailed in the employee handbook.The position is for a vacant role on the critical care unit.
