Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for PCU/tele/step-down care. Work weekends and holidays on-site with ACLS certification; no guaranteed hours. Lead patient care in a fast-paced setting, assess and implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional team.

You will mentor junior staff, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate EHR documentation while maintaining high-quality care and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state with active license.
• Minimum 2–3 years PCU or tele/step-down experience.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans daily.
• Excellent communication and escalation of changes to team promptly.
• Adherence to infection control and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in electronic health records documentation.
• Strong patient and family education skills.
• Target-driven performance with participation in patient flow and pipelines.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices.
