Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced RN to join our ICU team in Burlingame for a 13-week assignment. The role covers night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, with 12-hour blocks and a general patient census handled with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.

Requires current RN license, minimum 4 years in critical care, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and travel experience. Candidates must have Charge experience and Epic charting familiarity. Float to ICU, Step Down, Telemetry and Med Surg as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, respiratory, social work).
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation.

Description:Requirements include current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse license.The position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in critical care.Float to the Intensive Care Unit, Step Down Unit, Telemetry, and Med Surg required.Shifts will be 3 nights a week from 19:00 to 07:30.Staffing ratios during the day and night are expected to be 2 patients per nurse.All candidates are expected to float and take patient assignments across specified units.Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics with a daily census of 16-20 patients.The unit accommodates various critical care patient diagnoses.Special procedures may include but are not limited to ECMO care and post-operative management.Special equipment knowledge is essential for monitoring and managing patient care.
