Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an RN for a SICU travel assignment in Baltimore, MD. The role covers trauma, GI, orthopedic, neuro spine, transplant, vascular, ENT and general surgery in a 20-bed adult SICU. The nurse will float to similar units as needed and rotate weekends.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, and 2 prior travel assignments. Night shifts run 12 hours (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a 13-week duration and on-call responsibilities as discussed.

Responsibilities

Description:Surgical ICU patients and post-surgical ICU patients are cared for, including trauma, GI Surgery, orthopedic and neuro spine procedures, transplant, vascular, surgical ENT, and general surgery.The Surgical ICU is a 20-bed adult unit.The unit has a diverse patient population receiving various types of surgeries, including surgical ENT, GI Surgery, trauma, orthopedic and neuro spine procedures, and general surgery.Float as needed to an area of like skill set.Weekend requirements involve working 3 out of 6 weekends per 6-week schedule.Holiday requirements may include working on holidays as needed.The call requirement is 2 shifts per 6-week schedule, with call rate details to be discussed.If the RN is requested to work an additional shift, standard rate details apply.
