Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Transformational Leadership; serves as a highly engaged partner on the care team.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriateness of care and smooth transitions.
• Applies the nursing process to meet clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Demonstrates initiative to improve clinical practice within the specialty area.
• Communicates clearly with the healthcare team including physicians and APPs; supports safety and quality.
