Qualifications

• RN licensed in Illinois (IDFPR) with active license.
• Experience providing care to individuals and families within RN scope.
• Performs advanced nursing activities including monitoring and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Administer treatments and medications per protocol.
• Assist with procedures including conscious sedation and IV placement.
• Monitor patients and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health and wellness.
