Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure required.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• De-Escalation training within 6 months of hire required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Completes patient assessments and formulates plan of care.
• Oversees plan implementation and evaluates outcomes.
• Administers medications and IV therapies per physician orders.
• Mentors students and orients new staff.
• Documents findings promptly in the medical record.
• Supports discharge planning and transition of care.
