Job summary

Carteret Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for our outpatient hyperbaric and wound care clinic in North Carolina. You will focus on clinic flow, supervise unlicensed staff, and perform direct patient care such as wound cleaning, dressing changes, wraps, and casts.

You will help meet KPIs, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to clinical documentation audits. Training for HBOT duties may be required under physician supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; wound care in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including wound cleaning, dressing changes, wraps, and casts.
• Supervise unlicensed assistive personnel during patient care.
• Support attainment of KPIs, quality improvement, and clinical documentation audits.
• Under physician direction, establish and implement nursing care plans.
• Attend introductory hyperbaric training to perform HBOT duties as assigned.
