Veterans Health Administration is seeking Registered Nurses for on-site positions in the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System. The RNs will provide community-based nursing services to Veterans in HUD VASH, coordinating with housing authorities and VA providers to ensure continuous, patient-centered care.

The role requires a nursing degree from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program, active RN license in the U.S., and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of a nursing program approved by ACEN or CCNE; eligible for RN licensure in the state.
• May be eligible via a master's level bridge program to licensure.
• Foreign nursing education requires degree equivalency validation.
• Current full, active, and unrestricted RN registration in the United States (or DC).
• GNT exception allows temporary appointment while pursuing licensure.

• Provide and supervise nursing care within the scope of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse Veterans.
• Coordinate with HUD VASH program and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and contribute to care management and education.
• Support continuity of care and recovery-oriented practices in the community.
