Job summary

Freeman Health is seeking a Supervisor, House - RN to provide essential leadership during assigned shifts, overseeing hospital operations and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

This role acts as the administrative point of contact during non-business hours, coordinating patient flow and staffing while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required/preferred.
• RN license in practicing state required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of related experience and 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership during assigned shifts to oversee hospital operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher preferred
