Freeman Health in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the House department to lead during evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. You will oversee patient flow, staffing, and urgent responses while ensuring safe, high-quality care and compliance with hospital policies.

The role serves as the administrative point of contact after hours, supporting clinical and non-clinical staff and coordinating operations across shifts to maintain seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred
• RN license for practicing state
• BLS and ACLS required
