Mercy Hospital Washington is hiring an RN House Supervisor to lead nursing units during shifts, manage patient placement, and ensure safe, efficient hospital operations. You will work with ED, inpatient, and outpatient teams to maintain smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
As Administrative Supervisor, you’ll oversee staffing and admissions, and serve as the leadership representative when other leaders are off-site, contributing to a supportive, safe environment for patients and staff.
The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
