Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Registered Nurse- House Supervisor to provide administrative oversight across clinical nursing areas, coordinating patient care and ensuring quality and safety. You will support patient flow and clinical governance to optimize staffing and placement of patients.

The role requires a BSN or higher, five years of nursing practice, and leadership experience, with preference for Critical Care/ED exposure. Flexible scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care related field, or currently enrolled in BSN program.
• Minimum of five years nursing practice.
• Critical Care/Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Knowledge of a broad range of hospital functions and patient care processes. Minimum of three years progressive nursing leadership (i.e. Charge Nurse) experience is required.
• Cognitive and technical knowledge and the ability to progressively manage care delivery across the continuum of care.
• Must be flexible with work schedule.
