Job summary

Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Registered Nurse – House Supervisor to provide administrative oversight across nursing units, coordinate patient care, and ensure safe staffing and patient flow throughout the health system.

You will lead clinical oversight, place patients appropriately, and manage human resources to maintain high-quality care while supporting a flexible schedule and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care related field, or currently enrolled in BSN program.
• Minimum of five years nursing practice.
• Critical Care/Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Knowledge of a broad range of hospital functions and patient care processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provision of patient care and facilitate patient flow across the health system.
• Provide clinical oversight to ensure appropriate patient placement and safe staffing levels on all nursing units.
• Manage human resources to ensure safe staffing and smooth operation of nursing services.
