Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, TX seeks an RN Supervisor, House to oversee hospital operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

This leadership role coordinates staffing, manages census and bed utilization, and serves as incident commander during disasters, while guiding clinical and non-clinical staff to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts to ensure adequate staffing for patient care.
• Monitors census, admissions, discharges, and transfers to optimize bed utilization.
• Acts as administrative point of contact during non-business hours.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates resources for safety and quality care.
• Serves as incident commander in disasters until relieved by a senior leader.
• Provides clinical guidance and supervision to nursing staff.
