Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to oversee Nursing Administration in a 122-bed facility in Templeton, CA. This in-office role requires strong critical care background and leadership to manage patient flow, staffing, and emergency response.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating bed placement, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• RN licensure in the state of practice: Required
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications: Required/Preferred as stated
• 5+ years' clinical experience; critical care or ED helpful
• Clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and operations with rounds and oversight
• Coordinate bed placement, throughput, and discharge planning
• Assess routine and non-routine patient conditions and modify care plans
• Respond to codes and medical emergencies within the unit
• Collaborate with Nursing Directors and other departments
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and hospital policies
• Assist in orientation and training of staff and temporary personnel
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care across the hospital
