Reedsburg Area Medical Center is seeking a House Supervisor to manage hospital operations during off shifts and weekends, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. You will coordinate departments, advocate for patients and staff, and work without direct line supervision.

The role requires RN licensure in Wisconsin, BLS/PALS/ACLS/NRP, and 2+ years of acute nursing experience, with strong leadership and organizational skills. Shift work includes nights and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS and NRP required.
• Advanced Certification preferred.
• Meets health requirements.
• Minimum two years of acute nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all hospital departments and personnel on off shifts and weekends in the absence of direct line managers.
• Advocate for patient care, staff, and the hospital.
• Ensure high-quality patient care services align with RAMC mission and policies.
• Oversee patient placement, staffing resources, and safe care delivery during off shifts and weekends.
