South Baldwin Medical Group is seeking a Supervisor, House - RN to provide critical leadership during assigned shifts, overseeing hospital operations and ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care.

The role serves as the administrative point of contact after hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, coordinating patient flow, staffing, emergencies, and compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in the profession required.
• 1–2 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hospital operations during shifts and ensures appropriate staffing across departments.
• Monitors census, admissions, discharges, and transfers to optimize bed utilization.
• Acts as administrative point of contact during non-business hours and resolves inquiries.
• Responds to emergencies, coordinates resources, and ensures safety and quality care.
• Provides clinical guidance to nursing staff and supports proper delegation of tasks.
