Job summary

San Ramon Regional Medical Center is seeking a part-time House Supervisor (Nursing Administration) to lead nursing services during nights and weekends. This role requires planning, coordinating, and directing multiple departments while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient care excellence.

The incumbent will oversee clinical and administrative nursing standards, and act in the absence of top executives, ensuring smooth operation of the medical center’s nursing services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of hospital experience preferred.
• Current California RN License required.
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training within 90 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, control and direct Nursing Services on assigned shifts.
• Provide administrative leadership in the absence of executive leadership for CEO, CNO, and Nursing Directors.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and administrative nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
