St. David's North Austin Medical Center, part of St. David’s HealthCare, seeks a House Supervisor to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by directing all house-wide functions during a shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or RN diploma required.
• RN license required.
• 5+ years clinical practice experience required.
• ACLS within 90 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor ensures high quality, patient-centered care through direction and supervision of all house-wide functions during a designated shift.
• The House Supervisor participates as an active member of the nursing management team and assumes authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with and in the absence of hospital administration.
