Job summary

CHI is seeking a House Supervisor in Caldwell, TX to orchestrate patient care, guide nursing teams, and drive operational excellence. You will advocate for nurses, ensure accountability, and lead 1:1 discussions with physicians and family advocates to optimize performance and outcomes.

You will oversee nursing units, align them with organizational goals, conduct rounds, and resolve problems with sound judgment while maintaining a high standard of safe, quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing required.
• RN license TX upon hire.
• BLS CPR within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Integrates nursing units into the organization's vision and mission.
• Provide leadership and direction during a given shift.
• Support the philosophy, objectives and goals of the Department(s) and assess areas of personal and professional growth.
• Conducts supervision in a firm, fair, and consistent manner.
• Makes frequent rounds to monitor and ensure delivery of safe and quality care in all nursing units.
• Demonstrates ability to identify and resolve problems with initiative and good judgment.
