Job summary

The RN House Supervisor will mentor staff, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. A $12,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Current RN license in state of Arizona
• 1+ year RN experience; leadership/charge RN preferred
• Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and staffing to ensure adequate coverage
• Lead on patient safety and regulatory compliance; mentor and coach staff
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and management to meet residents’ needs
• Administer medications and maintain accurate nursing documentation
